The Receptionist we are looking for should be able to check all customers in, answer all questions regarding products, and be very mindful of being complaint at all times (being able to spot expired or invalid ID, minors, etc.
) The Receptionist role will include the following scope of work:
What you will do:
- Verify patient identification documentation.
- Input patient documentation into Point-of-sale software - Verify patient eligibility in Metrc.
- Execute processes and procedures to ensure all patient documentation is retained compliantly.
- Answer incoming calls and perform clerical work.
- Send, receive, and file patient separation documents.
- Maintain a professional personal appearance.
- Keep privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
- Crosstrain as a Cannabis Consultant to learn all aspects of the operation flow.
- Have a working knowledge of our menu and pricing models - Help keep dispensary clean and tidy.
Employment Requirements:
- 21 years old - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Ability to work retail hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- 1 year of customer relations or sales experience.
- Knowledge of cannabis products and accessories.
