Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to drive for long periods of time and navigate various routes - Experience with heavy lifting and manual labor - Proficiency in operating vehicles with manual transmission is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a delivery vehicle to transport goods to various locations - Plan and follow designated routes for timely and efficient deliveries - Load and unload goods from the vehicle using appropriate equipment or manual labor - Verify the contents of each shipment against shipping documents and ensure accuracy - Communicate with customers to confirm delivery details and address any concerns or issues - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the vehicle - Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the vehicle to ensure its safety and reliability - Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel consumption We offer competitive pay rates and benefits packages.
